All the people I spoke with at Quality Air were courteous and kind. They were able to come out on short notice when no one else would. The technician was also great at explaining everything he was looking at and things we should look for in the future.

When my furnace died with a cold front looming on the horizon, every Heat/Air company I contacted could be out at a future date with an appoximate arrival time, which translated to downtime from my job to wait/hope. But Quality Air had the fastest response time as well as the lowest service call. They also worked with my schedules -- work and financial-- for ensuring I'd be warm throughout the winter and cool in the summer. the service guys were professional and personable, one of which opened a large jar of pickles for me while he was there! (At no extra cost.) I am glad I found Quality Air.

Miracle workers! The first time I found them, I was supposed to rent a dilapidated house from my brother. All the gas appliances were red-tagged. The heating component was from the late 50's or early 60's. They came in and got it all working and to ONG's approval and were reasonable. They also patched on my mother's heating/air unit as long as they could, then replaced it at a reasonable price. Good people...

We sure appreciate the fast response we got from your tech last Saturday. I didn't figure we could get anyone to come out and fix our A/C so late in the day, but you guys came through. All it needed was some more Freon and it's working great now! Thanks...
